Cannot add credit card

Hello! I tryed to add a credit card, but I am not able to. I am doing all right and the card also gets authorised by my bank, but at the end paypal doesn't accept it. How can I fix this?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues adding a card to your account. I dug up the following Help Center article to get you started: I am getting an error when I try to link my credit or debit card. Why?
