Cannot add a card to Hulu

[pmshop4]

I have tried several cards and web browsers but I cannot add an auto payment to Hulu.

I only have 5 cards entered in my wallet but this window is asking me for a card, not a wallet choice.

After I enter all of the card information and hit submit, the page refreshes and like I never entered anything, no message.
