I can't link my debit card (MasterCard) to PayPal account. When I did it on the app, it gave me an error message saying: "we're not able to complete this transaction." I also received an error message when I tried to link it on the website, it says: "the card is declined." I never linked this card to any PayPal account. The billing address on the card and listed on the PayPal are the same. I've tried with three different cards (from different banks) and they gave me the same error message. All of them are able to be used for transaction internationally. What should I do?
