Can't link my Evolve Bank and Trust account

Hi!

I have a personal account in Paypal Qatar and one option for us is to link a US Bank Account. I am trying to link my Evolve Bank and Trust account but it says that the bank is disabled. Does anyone know why I can't link it? Or anybody experienced the same?

Has to be a U.S bank account opened on U.S soil and not a USD currency account or an online account.

It is an american bank, I used to be able to link mine and I am american.
