I'm having a problem on linking my bank account. After more than 3 months attempts, still I'm receiving the same message over and over (we're having some trouble completing your request right now). I have been a long time PayPal user. I did the clear cache and cookies thing, yet it doesn't work. I tried to reach their customer chat and no one is online. I can't even find their customer support hotline. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do anymore. If someone in this community knows what to, please help me. Thank you.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
