Can't link bank account, no reason given , message center also failed

Linking my Wise Bank Account fails, asked for further verification.

Then contacted message center and went through steps with account info which also failed with no clear reason.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues adding a bank to your account.
