Can't add my bank account

Hi!

I've been trying to add my bank account for a week now. I received 2 small payments and entered them in the appropriate window. After that I got the message "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later".

I wrote to support and followed all the advice, also did not log into the account for 3 days. And today I got the same message again 😞 Please help me to solve this problem.

Solved this problem. Called the service worker. The bank account was blocked, and I had to enter the 2 SMS codes. Followed the instructions of the call center employee and everything worked!
