My issue started at the beginning of January, my bank had some issues receiving withdrawals from Paypal, so I went and made 2 accounts at two different banks, and whenever I try to add any card it instantly declines, all my cards are working and tested for online purchases.
I've contacted Paypal support at least 5 times, called twice, and waited a total of 5 weeks for "system reset" and still nothing works.
