Can't add a bank

I created a new account. It's been 3 days. I'm getting an error in adding a bank. "This account needs a little help to link it. Contact us and we can help with that, or you can link a different account. " . What is the reason of this?

Is it a UK current bank account / not a virtual or digital one / with a name matching the name on your Paypal account (exactly).

A virtual bank. No matter what I do, it doesn't add, I always get the same error.

Unfortunately Paypal does not support virtual / digital banks.

Are you sure? I using TransferWise.
