Can anyone help me? I am from the Philippines. My card is declined upon linking to my PayPal account. It is a BDO savings account. Before, I never had a problem because I used to link my old BDO debit card. I recently changed my bank account and details that's why I need to link my new debit card. Can somebody help me resolve my concern?
