You can resolve the negative balance in your PayPal account via a bank account or credit card.

Here's how to restore your balance:

1. Go to www.paypal.pt and log in to your account.
2. Under PayPal balance, click Add money.
3. On the Resolve Your Negative Balance page, choose which of the below three options you'd like to use to restore your balance:
   • Add funds using your debit or credit card (Instantly)
   • Top up your PayPal account with funds from your bank account
   • Add funds by sending a cheque to PayPal
4. Click Continue and follow the steps.
