I have entered the deposit three times wrong and now i can't link my bank account. Could this be shorted out through email?

Welcome to the Community, and thank you both for making your first post! I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered difficulty confirming your bank account.
If you have entered the random deposits incorrectly three times, the bank will be disabled, in order to protect you from potential fraud. However, if you contact Customer Service, a representative can validate your identity and assist with linking the bank manually. To find your contact options, click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
