I can’t link account because I already linked it 2 other times or something also I don’t know any details of these accounts

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble linking a bank account to your PayPal account. I understand how frustrating this would be. If you are receiving an error message stating the bank account cannot be added because it has already been used too many times, you will have to try linking a different account. A bank account cannot be linked to any more than 3 PayPal accounts over its lifetime. 

If you have additional issues when trying to link another bank account, you can visit the Help Center to view reasons why you may be unable to link a bank account.
