Bank account unable to be added

I have tried entering my Iban number from my bank to deposit my funds to my card but it keeps saying "marked as bad". I have doubled checked my Iban details and they are correct, how could I fix this? Regards, Michael.

Hi @Mloni,

 

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

 

When you attempt to add and confirm a bank account three or more times, it can disable the bank account from PayPal's system. Unfortunately, this cannot be overridden. You would need to use an alternative bank/card on your PayPal account. 

 

Before attempting to add an alternative bank/card, I would suggest you contact your bank to make sure they enable your account to be used on PayPal. If they don't have this feature enabled, it can cause the same issue to happen again.
