For information to add a bank account, please check the help center article and try to use a different browser. As you're getting the error of an incorrect bank account number, please reach out to your financial institution to cross-check it again. Kindly know that you can only add a traditional bank to your PayPal account as a virtual bank aren't compatible. If you need any help during the process, please contact customer service by clicking contact at the bottom of the PayPal website to see the contact options.
