Asking for US card when my account is Saudi Arabia

Hi. I just created my international paypal account (Saudi Arabia) and was about to add a card but it insisted that I add a U.S. bank account when I don't have one. Any solution?

Link a credit or debit card. Can’t link local bank in your country.
