Are unconfirmed bank accounts auto removed after a while?

Are unconfirmed bank accounts on a Paypal account auto removed after a period of non-confirmation? -- such that they can be re-added on another Paypal account later? If so what is the non-confirmation time for such to happen?

It looks like you wish to know if the bank will be automatically removed if it's unconfirmed. If you are looking to add it to another account, I recommend you to remove it and re-add it to the other account as it wouldn't be removed automatically.
