Whenever I sell some BTC on coinbase for USD us dollar, and then try to transfer the amount to my paypal account. It says transfer sent, then a little later I get an email saying. "Unfortunately, your withdrawal could not be completed. If you wish to make another withdrawal, please try again or add a new payment method."
Coinbase does put the money back on my coinbase account in USD, but why cant I send this money to my paypal account. I already know I can send it to another visa card, but why not my paypal account?
