Good day,Does linking of banks only applies to U.S banks?I've been trying to link my bank on my paypal account and verify it so I could make a withdrawal with FNB but I have been told that my paypal account isn't verified yet.I spoke to one of the agents and he directed me here for further help.Is there any way I can be helped with this?Thank you.

Think you need to add and confirm a visa credit card in your country to verify your account and then..............
