Account still shows minus

My account still shows minus 40Euros. But Paypal has already taken the 40 Euros from my bank 5 days ago. So why does it still show -40?

What will happen is that when my payment goes in next week, Paypal will take it from there  . So then Paypal will have taken it twice.

If you sent a bank transfer to your Paypal account and Paypal you have funds automatically received into your balance then you would have 2 payments that will arrive in your Paypal balance.
The first one to arrive will clear the negative balance and the second one will be credited as a + to your balance and you can withdraw it back to your bank account once cleared.
