Account Validation Due to Internal Security System, to add and link the Bank Account

Hello All,

 

 

I hope you are fine and well, 

 

I had account limitations and as they are lifted now & I am able to withdraw money I am facing problem while linking the Bank details, as contacted to Customer Support they said that my account have security check which will be lifted if I verify my identity and validate my account so the security check by system would be lifted. In order to do so I have to chat with representative but I am not sure how I can do that? Is this the right place to do this? Or is there any other way to chat to representative.
