Hi!!!i link my Debit Card to My Paypal and then Payp Deduct 100pesos/2$ for linking Card it says It will refund how many Days it will be refunded??

Its refunded immediately but it may take up to 30 days for your card issuer to credit it to your card account.

Sometimes longer country specific.
