That's a great question. Currently, you can only hold the Cryptocurrency that you buy on PayPal in your account. Additionally, the Cryptocurrency in your account cannot be transferred to other accounts on or off PayPal. The most recent functionality that has been added is the Checkout with Crypto option. Please keep in mind that this article is for US customers. If you are in a different location, the information may be different.
