A blank screen appears when trying to verify a bank account

Hi,

My PayPal account is limited due to the lack of information. After I linked my bank account, it shows that it needs to be confirmed. However, when I click "Add Info" button, a blank screen (showing only "P" and Close icon) appears. How can I verify my bank account?

That also happened to me. I just clicked the X to close it, and I tried to link the card again, and it worked the second time. I just figured it was because paypal sucks.
