21 days money still on hold when will I receive my due?

After 21 days of waiting, my money is still pending despite two contacts from paypal who confirmed to me that my payment would be released and available on my balance yesterday at a specific time and I still have nothing today. How long do I have to wait to receive this due? I know I am a new seller on paypal and have correctly updated my delivery and shipping. What else should I do? Thanks if you can reply me for those who had the same problem, and how long since have you received your money.

Hello @allis1211,

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

I am sorry to know that you haven't received the funds yet. Payment holds are an industry-standard practice used to help prevent financial loss for buyers and ourselves. Holds are usually placed on an account if you're a new seller, a seller that has experienced a few hiccups in their selling history, or when selling high-risk items. The payment is usually on hold for 21 days but can be released sooner with additional details. Since its been more than 21 days, the best way to resolve this issue is by contacting our customer service so that one of our advisors can assist you further. Please contact customer service by clicking help & contact at the bottom of the PayPal website to see the contact options.

I hope this helps.
