Hello, my account was permanently limited long time ago and i have funds on account for over 3 years now. the problem is i can`t link my bank every time i try to link my bank account system says this account needs help to link the bank please contact us. every time i try to contact paypal they sent me automatic replies every day. this is so disgusting . they are holding my money and never even letting me to withdraw it
Reply to the replies asking to speak with agent to enable withdrawal functionality if you were ok’d by PayPal to withdraw funds. You may want to call them as guest caller to speak with live agent. Just keep asking for one on the phone.
