Hmmm, so you made a manual transfer by check when you’re not supposed to???
They want you to add the money back once you receive check. PayPal auto-withdrawal daily for you.
It seems like you’ll get withdrawal twice.
With PayPal India have strict withdrawal rules, you have to link a bank account for KYC reasons:
