Trouble linking with Bank

Hallo am from Kenya, am trying to link PayPal account with bank but the only option I get is USA banks. What can I do to link with Kenyan bank like KCB. Please help. Also linking with MPESA.

Not possible to link most local banks with PayPal. The only bank partnered with PayPal KE is Equity Bank:
