How can I link my gtbank mater card to my account

Contact customer services:

1. https://www.paypal.com/ng/smarthelp/contact-us     
2. Click Account profile and set up     
3. Click Credit or debit card       
4. Click Add and confirm      
5. Click Message Us after the “This information might help” box
