So. I added my card on account and everything seems fine. I linked my card with a verification code i get from pp. But my card is not linked yet. When i want to link it, everything seems fine, there is a messagge "Your card is linked" but when i click button "Done" nothing appears... My card is not linked. Maybe i need to wait for some time couse i addes my card like, 30 minutes ago ?
It does sound like your card has already been linked and confirmed! You should have the option to now check out via PayPal using this card & send money with this card.
You can view your linked cards via the Wallet section of your PayPal account. If the card is listed on your Wallet, it has successfully been added to your account.
