HELP: My account was disabled after inputting the code wrong 5 times

I was trying to confirm my debit card today but I inputted the code 5 times wrong as i read i need to wait more days to reflect on my account statement i used the different 4 digit code reflected on my online banking but it wasn't Paypal. I was already charged twice for confirming it. Can you re-add my card account again since it was disabled and have the 4 digit code resent?

Also, I want to change my bank account to Savings since there's no option to choose when I added it. It was automatically put to Checking.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
