i can't confirm my credit card. Every time i try to and click on "get code", an error message appears saying "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." I'm from egypt and trying to link a visa credit card. Also , someone is trying to send me a payment and it keep saying "Sorry , payment can't be completed due to regualtions". Are these two issues related ? and how can i fix this ?
