Card registration failure

 I canceled my previous PayPal account and then I've created a new one. The problem is that I can't register my Visa card with the new account.

your cb must be blocked for security on the paypal service.
you will need to contact a paypal customer advisor to unlock the addition.

during working days and hours of operation

by messaging from paypal, by phone, and also on Facebook and Twitter (PayPal customer service is present above)

on paypal:

- at the bottom of the Help And Contact page

then at the bottom of the page that opens "contact us" (on the right) and finally, still at the bottom right: "call us"
