Had the same issue as some with *sorry something went wrong* on trying to access my Crypto account. I went in to settings on my phone (not via PP) and did the following. Settings > Apps > Paypal >Cache/Data > Clear Cache • Then sign back in to PP Problem solved. Hope this helps others
