Bug. I was talking with a mgr. Call dropped as they were mid-sentence and they didn’t call me back.

Is it normal for a supervisor not to call back when a call drops mid-call? A Bank account that has worked for years and is still active and working (just used it) in Venmo was removed from my PayPal account due to an R03 error weeks ago. And PayPal won’t add it back or let me add it back. We/They try but it doesn’t allow it- it seems to remember that it already got a response from the bank saying the account doesn’t exist and not try again. Apparently it had been working for years with the wrong account type or no account type even though the account type is different. My bank says they rejected the transaction because the account type PayOal provided was wrong. (No conversation wasn’t heated; no cursing.) Common?
