PayPal in Ukraine

Hello, what about opening the PayPal service for Ukraine?

Personally for me, that would be great to develop the two gaps: sending money and payments.

So many Ukrainians live abroad. The country through a difficult time, and to send a money could help.

Actually not only send money to the family, but help the neediest by charitable organisations (orphans, sick children AND orphans).

Economic crisis doesn't prevent the needs and the purchases... The number of on-line stores increases!

Please, could you consider this subject.

Paypal is available in the Ukraine for sending money  !!!!

It's wrong. In Ukraine we have the SEND ONLY option.

My brother's ukrainian credit card is attached to the PayPal. He can send me money from Ukraine, and me from my french account not.

Which is EXACTLY what I said, that you have the option to SEND payments in the Ukraine.

I did not say anything about receiving them as that is not available to your country.

My question is about to receive money in Ukraine. If this option can be available for Ukrainians?
