2 accounts paypal :'(

I have a PayPal account with Hotmail and I am using a MasterCard card .. The problem is that I accidentally created another PayPal account with the same information and using Gmail and I did the same MasterCard card. Will this affect my PayPal account?

you can not have the same CB on two Paypal account.
only on one.
it will be refused, if it is already on another account.
