Hello so basically, I have a buyer who wants to purchase shoes over 400€ and he supposedly sent me the money and usually I get a notification on PayPal but this time i didn't but he used Paypal goods and services and i received an email but no notification on PayPal and the email wasn't quite authentic and i dont want to send him the product without being sure i will receive my money. Any help?

You should never send your items when you can't see the received amount within your PayPal account. If you can't see it there, you did't not get it. Of course sometimes it can happen that there will be a hold on your payment, but still you can see it within your PayPal account. Seems like a phishing email.
