Hello, I sold something on ebay and sent it to the addressee. He sent me the money but sent it as "retained money". I then confirmed that I had sent the real one and received the money. But now I have the problem that the money is not released, although the buyer says he transferred the money to me and also sent me a proof of debit. My question: how can I access the money?
