Avoiding the scam as a seller

Hi,

I want to sell a license key of a legally purchased software.
The creator of the software authorizes it.
So I will sell this remotely.

How can paypal guarantee that the buyer will not try to scam me after receiving the key and causing a "false litigation"?
What are my guarantees?
