I am trying to call Paypal using the number they give me to contact them using a Skype account with US minutes. They are asking for phone number linked to my paypal. I tried adding the number as is - <removed by moderator> and adding with country code <removed by moderator> but they aren't accepting it. How do I talk directly to an agent?
