We loss our business about $7000 because of PayPal's worst service.

Hello PayPal,
Due to PayPal we have lost a valuable customer, on receiving payment from our customer, amount was withheld by PayPal and it was mentioned that the amount will be reflected to our account only after 21 days .
Further they mentioned for tracking number. As per our business policy we get 100% advance payment then send out the shipment so we can’t provide tracking number before getting the payment . Also we cannot wait about 21 days. That’s why we decided to refund it.
We have relationship with PayPal since long years in different company name and never we seen such issue with PayPal.
We are very disappointed because PayPal’s way of working.
Indirectly PayPal discouraging the their clients by treating such way.
We afraid to continue PayPal because of their worst service that we lose our business
This was so unfortunate for us since we lost our valuable customer. We understand it is to maintain the security but at certain times it also reflects a bigger loss at our side.
