A buyer opened a dispute regarding an external sale on PayPal, we agreed on a partial refund which is stated clearly in our exchange on PayPal resolution centre. However, I currently do not have that option of doing a partial refund as I only have 2 buttons, "Message Buyer" and "Offer Full Refund". Is there a way I can send a partial refund while closing the dispute?
I read on another post that escalating the dispute offers a partial refund option, would it be better if I asked the buyer to escalate the dispute or settle this partial refund issue on our own?
