Unable to Close Account, Help Please.

I'd like some help with closing my old account that i won't be using anymore as i intend to create a new one.

Everytime i try to cloe the account i get this message:

Before you close your account

Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service

I have no balance left on my account, nor any pending transactions. E-mail and phone numbers have all been verified before.

If i were you i would 'contact customer services' who can access your account and see any possible issues.
