my account is deactivated due to negative balance as its more than 180 days. now i wanted to resolve negative balance but i can not access account anymore. I contacted to customer support and they gave me number of collection department but its seems wrong number. i called 20 times and its seems wrong number every time. Paypal customer support is still not able to resolve issue.
I just wanted to know that is there any way to resolve negative balance online so i can pay by credit/debit card?
Looking forward for sollution.
