I made a payment for a service a month ago. I paid through Paypal, linked to my debit card, and the debit appeared on my bank statement. I was unhappy with the service and asked for a refund. The refund has been processed, but it's showing on my Paypal statement that this credit has simply cancelled out the debit from my Paypal balance. I have a Paypal balance of zero, and - after 6 days (including 5 working days) - the money has not been credited on my bank statement.
Where has it gone??
