I cannot login into my primary account on paypal, now I am creating this account so i can send my concern about my paypal account, I am using the steps how to retreive my paypal account but suddenly message appear its said that we couldnt confirm its you. why is it that its not asking my contact number or email for sending any reset codes or something that will help me retreive my password. Please, I really need help on this matter ragarding my account.
