I Didn't Receive Money Nor Emial??

So someone paid me for something I sold online but my balance still remains the same. I didn't get an email either.

 

I have two emails on my Paypal account, one is my main email (the one I entered when I signed up, my personal email) and my secondary email (the one I use for business, more active on this one). The main email is unconfirmed but the second email is set to primary. I've asked the person to send the payment to the second email but I didn't get a notification nor actual money. Does the main email have to be confirmed first or something before I can properly receive money?
