How to enable 2 factor authentication - Malaysia account

I was wondering, how can I enable 2 factor authentication for my Malaysia paypal account?

I went to Settings -> Secuirity tab page

I can saw the following selection

• Password
• Security questions
• Customer service pin
• Stay logged in for faster purchases
• Log in with PayPal

I can hardly find any selection, to setup 2 factor authentication.

Is it because 2 factor authentication is not supported for Malaysia account?
