I had a deal with one of my client from the other country who hired me on skype to develope an android application for him, i developed an android app for him, and given a source code to him on dropbox, after that he paid me my money on paypal. now after 2 months, he raises a claim that he didn't issued an item, and requested for a full refund and open a dispute. now i already submitted the source code, so i dont have any shipping or tracking information. now how to refuse for that claim? any help will be appreciated.
